Fall 2025 Topic Wording: Resolved: The United States should actively promote substantially greater unionization by implementing the Protecting the Right to Organize Act or facilitating sectoral bargaining.

*Junior division teams advocating for the PRO Act must defend the act in its entirety.
The Spring 2026 topic will be announced in late December. It will maintain a focus on the controversy of labor and unionization.
